Our business PhoneDevil is a recently established brand of phone accessories based in the town centre of Harpenden (Hertfordshire which is 30 mins by train from Kings Cross St Pancras International station. We currently specialise in screen protectors although we will be branching out into new products in the new year. The role We are looking to hire a general support assistant. The role is primarily focused on the packaging and processing of customer orders keeping things running smoothly in our stockroom and the emailing of product review requests to customers. Customer email support will also begin to become one of your responsibilities roughly 1-2 months after you join (once you are more familiar with our products. This is a crucial part of our business and therefore it is extremely important to us that we hire the right individuals who are totally committed to proving an excellent experience for our customers. We are really looking for someone who (once up to speed with how things work will take control and be able to proactively manage these responsibilities without needing to be continually told what to do. This is a full-time Monday-Friday role and one which (if performed consistently to impressive standards will provide the perfect foundation for you to also get involved in other areas of our business. As we are such a small company you will literally be working directly with Callum our founder on a daily basis.
